What's the Employee Referral Programme?

Our Employee Referral Programme is your opportunity to recommend talented individuals for open positions within our company. It is simple: refer someone, and if they are hired and successfully complete their probation period, you will receive a 1.000€ bonus (subject to local taxes and converted to your local currency).

Every Friday, we share the latest open positions with you. If you know someone who would be a great match for one of these roles, feel free to pass the link to the position with them. To comply with data protection regulations, it is important that the candidate submits their application directly through Personio. Once they have applied, please notify HR by email and include the name of your referral so we can track the process.

We will carefully review each profile, and if your referral is a strong fit and joins the team, your effort will be recognized and rewarded.
