Working Calendar 2025 - Spain

Hello colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the 2025 Working Calendar for Spain, enclosed to this email. The calendar includes national, regional, and local bank holidays, as well as the applicable daily working hours. 

In line with our Collective Bargaining Agreement, the total working hours for 2025 are capped at 1.720 hours. To align with this requirements, two alternate non-working days have been scheduled in the year. 

In addition to that, note that:

• Fridays working hours: 7 hours per day, except during July and August, when they will be reduced to 6 hours. 
• Thursday 24th of July: A 7-hour working day. 

This calendar has been agreed upon in consultation with the Work Council.

Please take note that while the Working Calendar communicated is definitive, it might be subject to changes depending on the outcome of the ongoing discussions in parliament regarding a potential reduction of the working week to 37.5 hours in 2025. We will keep you informed on any developments and will release an updated calendar, in agreement with the work council, if necessary.
